Before calling, please make sure you've performed basic diagnostic steps to make sure the problem isn't on your end. For example:

• Can you reach other web sites?
• Is your domain registration current?
• Is your account current on billing? (The emergency technician cannot re-activate accounts de-activated for non-payment.)

We reserve the right to charge a $250 fee for misuse of this system, especially after-hours. Please only call if it reasonably appears that there is a major operational problem on our end, and you're reasonably certain that we're not already aware of the problem.
