   Change Voicemail Greetings

Question 

How do I change my voicemail greetings on a mailbox that is already set up? 

Answer 

1. Press the Envelope button on your phone. 

2. Enter your password.

3. Listen to the menus to change your greetings.

  • 4, 1, 1 will change your standard greeting.
  • 4, 1, 3, 3 will change your alternate greetings.
  • 4, 1, 2 Will switch your alternate greeting on and off.
