My feedback form in my Microsoft Frontpage created web does not work. How can I correct this?

Feedback forms created in Microsoft Frontpage by default rely on what are known as the Frontpage Extensions. QWK.net does not support the use of Frontpage Extensions, but you can still use feedback forms created with Frontpage by using the FormMail CGI script QWK.net provides.
