   Transfer a Call to Voicemail

Question 

 How do I transfer a call directly to voicemail in the QWK.net system?

Answer 

This needs to be done while on the call and will only work within your 'group' or office.

1. Press Trnsfer.

2. Place an asterisk in front of the extension you wish to transfer the call to. The addition of an asterisk will send it directly to voicemail. 

  • This is an example of what you would dial: *9401
