Call Waiting
Call waiting enables you to see calls as they come in, even if you are already on the phone. If you are on a call when another call comes in you will be able to put either call on hold, or send the new call to voicemail.

Change Ringer on QWK.net Phone
If you have a 7940 or 7960, follow these directions.
1. Press the Settings button.
- This button looks like a box with a checkmark in it, or on some phones it actually says Settings.
2. Press the Scroll key to select Ring Type from the settings menu.
3. Press Select to display the ring types list.
4. Press the Scroll key to highlight any of the options and press the Play softkey to listen to a sample.
5. When you find the ring that you would like, press the Select softkey and then the OK softkey.
6. Press the Back softkey twice to get back to the main screen. Your ringer will change immediately.
If you have a 7941 or 7961, follow these directions.
1. Press the Settings button.
2. Press the Scroll key to select User Preferences, then Rings.
3. Press the Select softkey.
4. A list of ring tones will display. Highlight Default Ring and press Select.
5. A new menu of ring tones will appear.
- Press Select to choose the ring tone.
- Press Play to hear a ring tone.
- Press Exit to move one step backward through the menu.
6. When you are satisfied with the ring tone, press the Save softkey. Your ringtone will change immediately.

Change Voicemail Greetings
1. Press the Envelope button on your phone.
2. Enter your password.
3. Listen to the menus to change your greetings.
- 4, 1, 1 will change your standard greeting.
- 4, 1, 3, 3 will change your alternate greetings.
- 4, 1, 2 Will switch your alternate greeting on and off.

Change Voicemail Password
1. Press the Envelope button on your phone.
2. Type in your current password.
- If you do not remember your password please contact customer support using the support ticket system or by phone at 886-679-5638 or 208-522-7638.
3. Listen to the information to change your password, the key combination will be 4, 3, 1.

Change Voicemail Playback Speed
When voicemails are sped up the callers tend to sound higher pitched.
The commands to increase and decrease speed are as follows.
Press 4 Once - Slow Playback
Press 4 Again - Slower Playback
Press 6 Once - Fast Playback
Press 6 Again - Faster Playback
You can press these buttons at any time during message playback to increase or decrease the speed.

Forward Calls
1. Press CFwdAll, you will hear two beeps.
2. Enter the 11 digit number, 7 digit number, or extension you wish to forward calls to.
3. Press EndCall.
- If done properly the number you are forwarding calls to will display at the bottom of your LCD screen.
- To remove call forwarding, press CFwdAll once.

Group Pickup
1) Group Pickup gives you the ability to pickup a call that comes in to another phone or line, that is also in your designated "Pickup Group".
Note: Pickup Group's have to be configured by a QWK.net technician, so if this is a service you would like, please open a ticket with any necessary details, or call 866.679.5638.
2) To use Group Pickup
- Press the "more" button on your phone
- Then press the "GPickUp" button
- Finally, press the "*" button on your phone's keypad

Make a Conference Call
1. While on a call, press more and then Confrn. This will put the first party on hold.
2. Dial the next number.
3. When the call connects, press Confrn to add the new party to the conference call.
4. All 3 parties will now be able to speak with eachother.

SIPP Feature Access Codes
Here are the Feature Access Codes for QWK.net SIPP setups.
1. Accessing Voicemail.
- Press star, then zero. (*0)
2. Activate Call Forward All.
- Press star, star, 1. (**1)
- You will recieve a confirmation tone.
- Enter the telephone number you wish to forward all calls to. You will hear another confirmation tone.
3. Cancel Forward All.
- Press star, star, 2. (**2)
- You will hear a confirmation tone. The forward all has been removed.
4. Redial.
- Press star, then pound. (*#)
5. Call Hold/Resume Procedure.
- To place a call on hold, perform a hook flash and press 1 on your telephone keypad.
- To resume the call, perform a hook flash again.
6. Transfer a Call.
- While on a call, perform a hook flash and press 2 on your telephone keypad.
- After the dial tone sounds, enter the telephone number that you wish to transfer to.
- When the other party answers the phone, hang up to transfer the call. You may hook flash at any point in this procedure to cancel the transfer and resume the call.
7. Conference Call Procedure.
- While on a call, perform a hook flash and press 3 on your telephone keypad.
- When you get a dial tone, call the third party that you wish to conference in.
- When the third party answers or the remote telephone rings, perform a hookflash to add them to the call. You can hang up at any time during this process to cancel the conference call.
- After you hang up, if the first party is still on hold the phone will ring.

Transfer a Call
1. Press Trnsfr.
2. Dial the number you wish to transfer to.
3. Wait for the answer and announce the caller.
4. Press Trnsfr to put them through or End Call to hang up.
- If you did not push the call through, press Resume to reconnect to the first caller.

Transfer a Call to Voicemail
This needs to be done while on the call and will only work within your 'group' or office.
1. Press Trnsfer.
2. Place an asterisk in front of the extension you wish to transfer the call to. The addition of an asterisk will send it directly to voicemail.
- This is an example of what you would dial: *9401

Voicemail Remote Access
1. Dial your direct line, while your voice message greeting is playing, press * (Asterisk) then enter your pin.
2. If you do not have a direct line to your phone, call the main line then transfer to your own voice mail. While your voice message greeting is playing, press * (Asterisk) then enter your pin.
