Upgrade/Downgrade Hosting Services 

1)   Browse to qwk.net in any internet browser.

2)   Click on "Customer Portal".

3)   Click on "Account Management --- QWK.net Control Panel".

4)   Log in using your Control Panel Username and Password.

5)   Clink on the "Billing Info" icon.

6)   In the 'Billing Profile' section, across from 'Plan' you will see your current hosting plan which will appear as either "Starter Special", "Pico", "Atto", "Kilo", or "Mega".  Here you will click on the little icon after that looks like a pen and paper.

7)   Next you will be able to choose from the 'Switch to Plan' drop-down option list the plan you would like, and click "Switch".  It will then ask you to confirm the change.

Cancel Qwk.net Services 

To cancel your Qwk.net services you will need to contact us in 1 of 3 ways:

1)   Email   -   qwksupport@qwk.net

2)   Call   -   886-679-5638   or   208-522-7638

3)   or submit a Support Ticket from your Control Panel.

Please include the following:
- account number
- date (when you wish to terminate your services)
- reason for cancelation (optional - we value your feedback and hope to know how we can better serve our customers)

NOTE:  If you send us your cancelation via email, it must come from the email address on the accounts billing information section.

Once we have processed the cancelation request, we will give/send you a cancelation number for your records.

Invoices 

1)   Browse to qwk.net in any internet browser.

2)   Click on "Customer Portal".

3)   Click on "Account Management --- QWK.net Control Panel".

4)   Log in using your Control Panel Username and Password.

5)   Click on the "Billing Statement" icon.

6)   Click on the blue invoice number link next to the date of the desired invoice.

Change Billing Cycle 

1)   Browse to qwk.net in any internet browser.

2)   Click on "Customer Portal".

3)   Click on "Account Management --- QWK.net Control Panel".

4)   Log in using your Control Panel Username and Password.

5)   Clink on the "Billing Info" icon.

6)   In the 'Billing Profile' section, across from 'Billing Period' you will see your current billing period which will appear as either "1 MONTH" or "1 YEAR".  Here you will click on the little icon after that looks like a pen and paper.

7)   Next you will be able to choose from the drop-down option list the cycle you would like, and click change.  It will then ask you to confirm the change.

Change/Update Payment Information 

1)   Browse to qwk.net in any internet browser.

2)   Click on "Customer Portal".

3)   Click on "Account Management --- QWK.net Control Panel".

4)   Log in using your Control Panel Username and Password.

5)   Click on the "Billing Info" icon.

6)   You can change the Credit Card on file here.  Note: This is also a great opportunity to update your billing contact information, such as your best contact email address and phone number. Otherwise, the next time your Credit Card expires, if we can not get in contact with you and update it, your website will automatically suspend after 2 weeks.
