Here are the steps to finding the full email header in a gmail.com account.

1. Log into your gmail.com account.

2. View the email that you wish to see the header for.

3. Near the top right of the message click the arrow pointing down near 'Reply'.

4. Select 'Show Original' from the drop down menu.

5. The top paragraphs before the email message will be the full email header.

1. Open the message you wish to view headers for.

2. In the menu just above the email select Headers, and Show all headers.

3. The section above the email itself will expand to show the full email header.

1. Right click the message from your list of emails.

2. Select 'Message Options'.

3. There will be an 'Internet Headers' field near the bottom of the box that pops up. The full email header is there.

1. Open the message you wish to view the full email header for.

2. Click on the file tab near the top left of the message box.

3. Click on the properties button

4. Internet headers will be in the bottom field of the box that pops up.

3. In the menu bar at the very top of your screen click 'view'.

4. Hover over the message and click 'Long Headers'.

5. The message will change to include the full email header.

2. On the right, just above where the message is displayed, there will be an 'other actions' link.

3. Click the link and select 'View Source' from the drop down menu.

4. A new window will open up with the full email header. 

This will help you view the full email header in Windows Live Mail 2011.

1. Log into Windows Live Mail 2011.

2. Click on your inbox and navigate to the email you wish to view a header for.

3. Right click the email title in the list of your emails.

4. Select Properties from the menu.

5. Click the 'Details' tab and click the 'Message Source' button. This will show the full email header.
